There were innumerable beautifully executed works entered this year – and America's top 25 galleries and museums had a hard time selecting winners. Many brilliant pieces did not get enough votes to take 1st to 6th Place, but all the featured works shown in this article received high praise and high marks to triumph. Congratulations to all these artists for scoring above the stiff competition.

BIO OF 1ST PLACE WINNER IGORS BARULINS: Born in 1959 in Latvia, he lives and works in its capital city, Riga, and has been studying and practicing photography since he was ten. Also, he had been working as a professional photographer in the sphere of advertising. Nowadays he engages himself in art photography. His first art exhibitions took place in Riga, Moscow and London. A winner of American Art Awards 2018.
